It was a "thing" that only happened for others. It was while doing the inner work that I realised that I carried the rejection wound within me.
I mirrored rejection everywhere... in my love relationship, in my business, in my bank account... you name it...
It did not matter how many affirmations I listened to or how positive I felt, my life was a reflection of rejection - or at least that was how I saw it.
When you have the rejection wound you have the belief that life happens for others and not for you. You have a pattern running that keeps recreating that reality, so it does not matter the effort you put in... You will always feel rejected on a deep level, because that's how your mind is programmed.. to look for evidence that you are rejected, so then you can say to yourself "You see, I knew this wouldn't work".
You feel rejected in relationships. You feel rejected by clients. You feel rejected by money. You may even have an inferiority complex, where everyone just seems to be doing better than you and are better than you.
It's not that there is something wrong with you or that you're not capable, smart or lucky enough. Is that you're running a pattern that does not serve you anymore.
