By purchasing any services or courses from Jessica Erler International, you agree to the Terms & Conditions. 

I confirm that I will be undertaking Jessica’s services, which involve energy work, coaching, mentoring and my 100% commitment.

By purchasing from Jessica Erler, I confirm that I have read and agree to each statement and that I wish to proceed.

NATURE OF THIS WORK

  • I understand that I will be working with high vibrational energies and that I will be guided to trust deeper in my own guidance/intuition.

  • I understand that the coaching services are mainly about energetics, which includes shifting mindset, unconscious patterns, self-identity and deep-rooted emotions that are impacting my actions and reflecting on my desired results.

  • I understand that Jessica Erler is not a legal financial advisor, and no financial advice will be given in the immersion. I am solely responsible for my money, investments and decision-making.

  • I agree that I’ve been made aware that this sort of work involves big shifts in my mental, physical, spiritual and emotional states, that I may be triggered by uncomfortable emotions and old belief systems, and I agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being, including my choices and decisions.

  • I understand that the energy work/coaching services I will receive from Jessica Erler are not offered as a substitute for professional financial, mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any financial, mental health or medical conditions. I also understand that Jessica Erler is not acting as a mental health counsellor, financial counsellor or medical professional, and I will not use her services in place of any form mentioned above.

BY-LAW/ CONFIDENTIALITY

  • I understand that Jessica Erler will protect my information as confidential unless I state otherwise in writing. If I report child, elder abuse or neglect, or threaten to harm myself or someone else, I understand that necessary actions will be taken and my confidentiality agreement is limited in this capacity. Furthermore, if Jessica Erler is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, she will do so to the extent the law requires.

  • I understand that energy healing is, at present, an unregulated industry and that Jessica Erler is not licensed by Queensland or any other state. I also understand that for all legal purposes, the services provided by Jessica Erler will be considered to be provided in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

SCHEDULE/ USE OF TECHNOLOGY

  • I agree to notify Jessica Erler within 24 hours or more if I cannot make my scheduled appointments. I agree that in case of a no-show or cancellation, there won’t be a replacement. 

  • I am aware of the use of Telegram as the main way to communicate with Jessica during our work together. The use of it and its availability will be clarified after our first session.

  • I understand that the use of technology is not always secure, and I accept the risks to confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone and other technology.

PAYMENTS/REFUNDS/EARLY TERMINATION

  • I understand that all payments must be made in advance in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. In the event of delayed or failed payment on the agreed due date, Jessica reserves the right to suspend services immediately until payment has been received and confirmed.

  • I acknowledge that all payments made are non-refundable.

  • If I choose a payment plan, I understand that I am committing to complete all scheduled payments in full and on time. I agree that discontinuing participation, ceasing to attend sessions, or withdrawing from the program does not relieve me of my financial obligation to fulfil the total investment agreed upon in this contract.

  • If I choose to terminate this agreement prior to completion of the agreed coaching term, I agree to provide written notice. An early termination fee equal to 25% of the total investment will apply. Any outstanding amounts, including the early termination fee, will become immediately due and payable upon termination.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Jessica Erler, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of acts or omissions by myself or by Jessica Erler as a result of the advice given by Jessica Erler or otherwise resulting from the guidance relationship contemplated by this agreement. 

I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to me to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
