Agreement & Disclaimer

By engaging in Jessica Erler Services, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Nature of the Work

  I understand that this session is focused on energetics, including but not limited to shifting mindset, unconscious patterns, self-identity, and deep-rooted emotions that impact my actions and reflect on my desired results.​​

• No Financial Advising

  I acknowledge that Jessica Erler is not a legal financial advisor. No financial advice will be provided during this program, and I remain solely responsible for my money, investments, and decision-making.

• Emotional and Energetic Responsibility

  I am aware that this work involves the potential for significant shifts in my mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional states. I understand that I may encounter uncomfortable emotions and old belief systems and accept full responsibility for my well-being, including my choices and decisions during and after the session.

• Non-Substitution of Professional Services

  I understand that the energy work and coaching services provided by Jessica Erler are not a substitute for professional financial, mental health, or medical care. These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any financial, mental health, or medical conditions. I acknowledge that Jessica Erler is not acting as a mental health counsellor, financial counsellor, or medical professional, and I agree not to use her services as a replacement for any such professional care.

• Unregulated Industry Acknowledgment

  I understand that energy healing is currently an unregulated industry and that Jessica Erler is not licensed by Queensland or any other state. I acknowledge that for all legal purposes, the services provided by Jessica Erler will be considered to have been provided in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

• No Refund Policy 

       I acknowledge that all payments made are non-refundable. ​

• Responsibility and Release

  I hereby release, waive, acquit, and forever discharge Jessica Erler, her agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs, and employees from any and all claims, suits, actions, demands, or rights to compensation for damages that may arise from acts or omissions by myself or by Jessica Erler in connection with this session. This includes but is not limited to guidance, advice, or services provided during the session.

• Binding Nature of Agreement

  I declare and represent that no promise, inducement, or agreement not expressly stated in this document has been made to me to sign. This agreement is binding upon my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.

By purchasing, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all the terms outlined in this Agreement & Disclaimer.
